Autism Speaks Canada (ASC), one of the national organizations that we support and sponsor, has joined forces with Samsung Canada to provide 1,000 tablets that will have a direct and crucial impact for the autism community across Canada.
The everyday challenges that affect the lives of individuals on the spectrum and their families vary and are only exacerbated by COVID-19. Autistic Canadians and their families are facing disruptions in accessing critical resources, supports, and services to reach their full potential. By putting technology in their hands, we can help to support continuing education, access to resources and specialized services, regulation of mental health, and the building of virtual communities.
